North Rim, Grand Canyon NP DSD1870 All my Grand Canyon photos are taken from the north rim. The north rim is 1000 feet higher than the south (therefore cooler), quite a long ride to get to, and with few places to stay (hence way less crowded). And I like shooting south into the sun. Now add fog and clouds and rain... And maybe a rainbow if you're really lucky.
